LensCrafters Sales Associate interview questions

I received an impromptu interview when I expressed interest, and then I was called for a formal meeting in-store. The general manager and retail manager were present and pitched a combination of traditional interview questions and behavioral questions

Short and easy. I filled out an application and the manager called me the next day to come in for a interview. I met with 2 managers, afterwards I was given the offer.
