Didn’t actually have an interview in the end.
Filled in the application and did the online tests.
I was successful in this stage and was offered a telephone interview, I telephoned and arranged for a mutually convenient time.
This agreed time came and went and 45 mins later (after a text to say that the interviewer wouldn’t be much longer). Still no telephone call. I had allocated plenty of time (1hr) for the interview only for him not to ring me.
All felt very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
1) Online assessment 2) phone interview 3) practical assessment (including group exercise).
Practical assessment was meant for a group of 4 people. In fact only 3 people have turned up, so we had 6 (!) people observing us. "Productivity or time management" is only one way road, and it's FROM you... From 4 hours of assessment I had about 2 hours of break.
The process by itself wasn't pleasant at all as well, not mentioning the facilities it been held (dirty rooms, unorganised schedule, smelly wc, intolerant and sometimes arrogant people). I've decided not to take the offer if I would be asked, as the first impression wasn't good.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl in Jun 2017
Interview
got a call back to have a telephone interview as they liked my online application, I was expecting a call back for the assessment centre. I was offered a next day assessment centre but i couldn't make it and was told i would get a further callback but nothing as of yet .
