Interview
It is more of a conversation to see if we would be a good fit for each other. You need to come telling the truth on your past work experience. Very good at knowing if you are telling the truth
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What can you bring to the organization? How do you handle change? How do you handle a policy or procedure you do not agree with? What do you do to help yourself be successful?
I recieved a call a few days ago that they wanted me to come in for an interview. I was told I would get a follow up email which I never got. I called back today to confirm again and get the email, and was then told.by Michael, their hiring manager, theybdid not want to move forward as I was previously laid off from Servicelink. Laid off, not fired. So don't waste your time, it's obvious this company has not changed and they are still a giant mess.
