Longevity Health Plan Application Analyst interview questions

Recruiter was 10min late calling me for the phone screen so I reached out over email. On the call they just read off a list of deal breaker questions. They wanted mainly hands-on systems admin and technical support experience contrary to the job description emphasizing more analysis and project work. Was told they would get back to me the following week after they decided which candidates they wanted to move forward with. I checked my application in the ATS system and it had already been switched to no longer under consideration right after the call.
