I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Lumanity
Interview
1 recruiter call, 30 min team call, then proceed to a full final case day A pretty straight forward process. Everyone was very kind, down to earth , and focused on your competency and previous experiences rather than the synthetic spot cases or behavioral interview qs. The case day itself is long and requires solid prep. If you take the time, the case is stressful but manageable. Team meetings interspersed during the day were pretty casual and focused on fit. "Negative" bc overall the process was time consuming and somewhat disorganized. No offer due to logistics which could have been better communicated in the first call.

Interview process was relatively short compared to competing companies - had a standard call with HR discussing the role and was progressed to the first round competency interview, following that their was a peer interview and a second round case study focused interview. Overall I thought the process was very fair, communication from the company was excellent and all members of staff involved in the process were very engaged, it seemed as though they really wanted to see how you approach problems instead of wanting you to tick a list of boxes
