Lutron Electronics Sales Representative interview questions

Initial Phone Interview, Caliper Test, all day interview at HQ. Interview involved roughly 8 individuals coming in throughout the day (if they send you home at lunch you didn't get the job). The interviews consisted of a sales presentation, a problem solving exercise, and some general position specific interviews with people on that team. Lutron employees are very sharp and it's a complicated interview. Have an understanding of their products, but don't come off like you know them really well. Its a tech heavy company and many people in business roles have an engineering background and will try to stump you with technical questions. In a sales interview, ask for the order (the job) at the end.
