Sono stato contattato dopo essermi candidato ad un'offerta per la posizione di Controller. Ho sostenuto il colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR tramite videocall ma non sono stato ricontattato dall'azienda per il colloquio tecnico

Positive process. Lasted a whole day and was a good experience. Before being selected, I have been called by an HR, and we had a phone interview. The HR then invited me to an assessment. At the assessment, we were divided in groups, and we were asked to perform a series of tasks and quizzes. after this morning, the ones that fitted the most were invited for an oral interview. The first part of the interview was with an HR, and the second with a component of the team.

Interview
Met with 6 different people to interview with. Took 3 hrs. I'm rating this as a negative experience due to the fact that despite seeing all of the negative reviews for the company i still went to this interview although i was hesitant. I wasted my time because they did exactly what others said on these reviews. They told me i would hear something within a week. I never heard anything, they will not respond to my emails. Very poor way of blowing someone off. After spending all of the time that i did the least they could do is send me a message stating i didn't get the job not ignore me for weeks and leave me hanging. Very unprofessional of the recruiters.

Mostly casual conversation about the position. One question was describe a project i worked on.
