I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Luxottica (Milan) in Aug 2020

Interview

It took them more the 6 months to get to an offer. The interviews were ok but then they ghosted me after each of them and they would pop up after several weeks to let me know there was another step to be takes. At the end I got an offer from a different company so I declined their final offer, at that point the recruiter got very hostile and rude to be telling that I wasted their time.

O contato foi por e-mail. Logo por WhatsApp para adiantar a entrevista. A entrevista na fábrica em Campinas, foi muito bem conduzida. Entrevista correta, boa recepção. Pedem para desenvolver desenhos e apresentar para os coordenadores da área e dois recrutadores. Passou mais de um mês e ainda aguardo o resultado do processo.

Company was great during the interview. it was a series of 6 individual interviews one right after the other. Each was 30 minutes. It started at 8 and ended at 12.
