Interview
First interview was conducted by the store manager with general questions. They have a guide for the managers, so everyone is answering the same questions. Then if you get past that 1:1 interview you submit to a drug test and background check, which is conducted by LexisNexis (just started doing that in March 12'). Then some are given a 1:1 interview with a Regional Manager if you are considered for any management position.

Very friendly and professional it was a 2 interview process one with the manager and one with the regional manager also did some auditions and got some feedbacks and overall amazing experience.

Started from the bottom and performed one interview after the next getting tossed further up the chain. Eventually denied the possition because it was believed my leadership style was too Machiavellian.
