This was an extremely frustrating process and put me off to the company entirely. A recruiter reached out to me for my availability for a phone screen. The recruiter called me outside of business hours, on a day I clearly indicated I wasn't available and I received the call in the middle of an evening wedding celebration. I followed up via email and voicemail on my next available business day and never heard back. Additionally, in the initial email outreach I was asked to answer four lengthy screening questions that easily could have been addressed in a phone screen, including a question asking to explain transition reasons and any gaps in employment on resume which I found off-putting. Ultimately I felt that my time was wasted which was extremely frustrating considering my interest in the role and Luxottica as a company.
