I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Buffalo, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was entirely behavioral. Have valid reasons for why you want to move to Buffalo. Be able to effectively communicate your ability to work on a team. Just be genuine and your interviewers will take the lead from there. Also, make sure you have legitimate questions to ask your interviewer. Don't just look some up on the Internet. Actually do research on the company and figure out why you want to work there aside from simply being unemployed. It's fairly easy to spot when someone is faking the funk.
