Whomever posted the listing for "Design Director" contacted me to explain it was changed to a "UX Designer" (completely different levels, pay grade and professional field). I continued to interview despite the huge mishaps, only to be ghosted after a "personality and cognitive assessment" conducted by an AI.

Was headhunted on LinkedIn and invited to have a chat, which I prepared for and was a nice chat with one of the team members. After the call I had to complete a personality and logic reasoning/intelligence test which took about 30 minutes. After completing this, I received a standardised email stating I was not selected and they couldn't provide specific feedback due to volume. This is a bit disappointing after being pressed to complete the tests ASAP and spending over 1.5 hours in prep for interview and doing the tests.
