Prior to the interview, was given a call and told that the interview would be a strengths and behavior assessment but during the actual interview, they tested technical questions instead.

Extremely unprofessional HR. The HR in the phone interview was saying AC will happen in Oct and will be virtually. In Aug I received an Email which state my AC is in 2 days and will be run in the Sydney office. What a joke. I'm not even in Sydney and they only gave me 2 days notice. I emailed back to reschedule and 5 minutes later received another auto-generated email stated my AC is cancelled without any additional information. No email afterwards. Called the HR, he said he is busy running the AC will give me a callback next week. Then the next week he said all the AC have finished last week. I get it there are a lot of candidates want to get in, so who cares about a person need to reschedule the AC. What an arrogant company it is.
