Interview
I applied online for a data analyst position and did some online assessments. Not too easy.
Invited for a 30 min online interview via Zoom, they asked pretty intense behavioral questions.
Then invited onsite for two 45 minutes interviews, not very technical, mostly asked to share personal experiences on projects and behavioral questions. It was more like a conversation than an interview, with very few technical questions.

Interview
After their video interview I was processed to superday where I interviewed with two EDs and a MD. 30 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of tech questions.
The behaviorism part was average. The tech part wasn’t that difficult either. They asked about how to value a property.
