There was one recruiter screening in the beginning, and followed by 2 more interviews, one with a department lead and another with a VP. All were on zoom and the recruiter was very hands on.

They asked me “why Madison square garden entertainment” and also “if I were to throw you in today, what’s one skill you wouldn’t feel confident in that you really want to learn”
If you're not a former intern, previously worked here, or have a msg nepo baby -- don't waste your time applying here. They will string you along for weeks to internally hire or hire someone with little experience because they had a referral.

Interview
I submitted my resume and application, then was invited to a phone screening with HR representative probably about a week later then an interview with direct supervisors took place a week following that. I then got a call about 2-3 weeks later about a status update.
