I had 3 interviews…
1st interview nobody showed up, after 30 minutes I left.
2nd interview, a manager came about 15/20 minutes after my appointment, he didn’t know he had an interview, he told me. We sat down and started looking over my resume and cover letter that I brought and checking his watch; he said that he needs to prepare for a large party and asked me to come back next day.
3rd interview, I got there 15 minutes earlier, there was another person waiting to interview, I waited 25 minutes past my interview schedule, another person came to interview, we were 3 people waiting to interview… I left again after 30 minutes waiting with nobody coming to say something.
I guess we are just some needy people begging for a job.

No interview held due to no show from the hiring manager
Great questions, easy process. Communication with managers was easy. Had 2 interviews which I thought was a green flag means they’re selective on who they bring to the team. Questions about experience, food and wine knowledge but they also try to dig into personality and hospitality
Interview was pretty smooth, you go through either 2-3 interviews each time with a different manager. They ask questions based off knowledge on wine pairing and skills along with experience.

Interview was easy, I was asked about my past work places. Interviewed with 3 different managers to get an idea of me. End result ended up with a job offer on last interview. Heard pay is weekly too
