Interview

1st interviewer was rude beyond belief, the second was clearly preoccupied with something else. I don't believe they even had any intentions of hiring servers; they lied on their application to get candidates for catering events. Hard pass.

Interview

I came in to a busy Chicago suburb location at 2 pm and asked to fill out an App- they don’t do that anymore- it’s all online. I had a copy of my resume in hand, and filled out the online app. A Mgr had time to meet with me- I met with two other Mgrs. that day. I started the following week.

3 interview process. I declined because I was looking for part time work to supplement my unpaid internship and workload as a full time student. In other words, I am not looking for a job that would require me to make it a priority at this moment.
