MarketSource Account Sales Representative interview questions

Interview done via Skype. Very basic interview questions such as why I wanted the job, How do I handle conflict, etc. After I accepted the offer, things got complicated. The Onboarding procedure was a bit unclear, but my recruiter helped me through it. What's good about it is that you can easily see what you have finished, when it is due, and what you still need to finish. After accepting the position, a background check and drug screen are required, as well as documents to show that you are allow to work in the U.S.

I got a call form a recruiter asking if I was interested in job. Said "yes". From there I went through a quick 5min interview with questions about computers. What is RAM, Hard Drive, GPU? And then I did an other interview a regional manager which lasted about 2min. Got a call after the second phone interview saying I was hired. The whole process was easy.
