First interview is a phone call with someone from corporate that talks the job up big time just basically ask if you are interested. Second about two weeks later, is meet district manager at Starbucks in target. Small chat to see if you can physically breath and hold a conversion. Takes about 10 minutes mainly about how much money you can make if you are "good." Talks about how "good" they were and now look they are over 50-60 people. Goes over HR paperwork your hired.
