Maxwell Health interview questions

Met with the QA Manager, the whole QA team, and the Director of Engineering. Asked just as many questions about my QA skill set as they did personality questions. Skill is very important as is culture fit. Everyone was very nice, great experience overall.

Two days after I'd applied online through the official website of this company, I received a call from Maxwell's HR team, offering a temporary position. Then I had several 30-minutes phone interviews, where I was asked to describe my common duties I had on my previous position and also I had to answer some very specific technical questions regarding MS Excel formulas and functions and regarding programming in bash and Java, after that, in about a week they decided that I would be a good fit for them.
