It took a long time. I had an initial phone interview with the manager of this role, then an in-person interview with that manager. Then I spoke on the phone with two additional people the role would work closely with. Then I had to come back again to the office and met separately with three individuals on the team at a director, executive director and CMO level. After that is when I was offered the job.
