Interview
Met with Director to discuss job requirements and expectations. Very friendly and open discussion. The specific qualifications were covered and tied back to my resume as either a match or no match. Opportunities beyond the current position were also discussed, as well as other lateral moves available in the department.
There was an initial video interview with recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The final interview would have been with more of the team, but I was not selected to proceed to that stage.

I received an email to schedule an initial screening for a position that was a great match for my qualifications. I scheduled, then received a follow-up email stating that I would be called. I was never called and never received a reply when I reached out about it.
