I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at McGraw Hill (Dubuque, IA) in Oct 2008

Interview

I had 2 interviews. The 1st was with the dept manager and the 2nd was with her manager. They were very similar interviews. Asked questions about how I work and for examples. This allowed me to talk a lot about myself/how I could fit in and also about past experiences. Both were very friendly and it was a relaxed interview.

There were a lot of questions about how I handle responsiblity and how I can multitask. None of the questions were really difficult, but it was difficult to keep coming up with new examples of how I have handled responsiblity/multitasking/work loads/comunication/etc in past jobs/experiences.
