Started at MH as an agency freelancer, parlayed good performance in extended assignment to contract position, based on referral to another division -- from supervisor. Contracted in Chicago, moved to Columbus, OH (the hub of the company) after the first reorganization. Hiring and interview process was different in each case, but appropriate.

Email and phone call to set-up interview
Met with the HR Manager who will take you to the hiring manager
The hiring manager will interview you and also set-up appointments with other managers and employees in the department
They will then compare notes and make a decision whether you are a good fit for the team.
If they are interested they with submit an intent to hire and the offer for salar
Should you accept, travel expenses will be covered
