Interview
The 30 minute interview started off with the interviewer talking about the position and why they are seeking to hire a new designer. Next, the interviewer asked me a few questions. And the interview session ended with me asking if I had any questions to ask.
The interview consisted of a recruiter screening call and then 3 interviews. One with the he UX manager, another with a team member and the last one with the UX director.
Hiring manager and recruiter were friendly, helpful, and communicative. I was able to receive helpful feedback after the interview process ended. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant interview process.
