I had a series of three interviews for this project management position. All three were video meetings (Zoom). First was with the Global PMO lead who was pleasant and seemed genuinely excited about meeting with me to review the position and my experience. The opportunity was related to changes to their CRM processes and collateral. We hit it off quickly and he informed me I'd likely be recommended to meet with another manager. I quickly received an invite for a second interview which was with an IT manager who mentioned that I'd hear "next steps" before the end of the week. Indeed, I received a request for a "final" interview with someone in Sales. Like the first two, I felt this went very well in that I had the right capabilities and experience and the program and McGraw Hill themselves seemed an ideal place to work. Unfortunately, I was apparently beat out by one of the other 1-2 candidates. While I was very happy with the pace of the interview scheduling, it did go silent for about 3 weeks and I've received no follow up or feedback (other than knowing I was one of the last 2-3 in the interview process).
