The first initial screening with the recruiter was fine. He seemed preoccupied and did not listen well, interrupting often. I talked very little. He also admitted to not knowing much about the position and offered early that he would not be able to answer many questions. I somehow made it to the second round with the hiring manager. She was late to our scheduled interview but eventually joined. She asked a few basic questions, but I could tell immediately that she was disinterested and disengaged. Overall, unprofessional behavior all around, and I was completely okay with not making it to the third round. Felt like I dodged a bit of a bullet.
