      Application

      I interviewed at McGraw Hill

      Interview

I applied online and had two rounds of interview. The first interview consisted of competency-based questions and the second interview was based on a task (product development strategy for subject area). My HR contact - Craig Haward - was an absolute star and my interviewers were lovely and set me up for success in both interviews. I had a wonderful recruitment experience, which heavily influenced my decision to accept their offer when I had another offer from a very reputable publisher. I have a high opinion of McGraw Hill based on my recruitment process and would recommend the company to others.
