My interview was set up by one of MH's recruiters. I arrived at their offices several minutes early and was not made to wait long at all. The interview lasted about an hour with three employees in their creative departments. It was initially meant to have been just two people, but due to some department mergers that happened the day before a third person was included. They did, however, first ask me if I was comfortable with that change. The interview it self was very relaxed and they allowed for good conversation to happen.
