Initial recruiter conversation followed by 3 rounds of interviews. Everyone was pleasant to talk with and the actual interviews were pretty standard, but the wait time between each round of interviews (about 1 month between each round) made the whole process longer than I've experienced in any other job interview process (took 3.5 months total). My timeline was essentially like this: 1/28: Initial application submitted 1/28: Recruiter reached out to schedule screening interview 2/2: Recruiter screening interview 2/4: Received email requesting 1st interview 2/10: 1st interview 3/7: Received email requesting 2nd interview 3/16: 2nd interview 4/18: Received email requesting 3rd interview 4/21: 3rd interview 5/11: Rejection email
