The process began with a phone interview. Shortly after I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview. I was asked typical interview questions and then given a tour of the facility to better understand the work environment and day to day operations. I was contacted a few days later with a job offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you used teamwork to meet a goal.
I applied to McMaster in 2015. A recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview and then I was invited for an in person interview along with a tour of the facility. I met with three different people during the in person process and everyone was incredibly nice. They asked mostly about my prior experience and things I enjoyed doing outside of work. Work/life balance is a priority at McMaster which is nice.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) in Feb 2011
