McMaster-Carr Internship interview questions

I submitted my resume and displayed interest in different parts of the business then was invited for an initial behavioral screening with a recruiter where I was asked mostly personal experience questions. I heard back the next week from the recruiter that they would not be moving forward with the interview process

I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. It was a standard personality interview. They told me about the company and what the position was about. We had a back and forth on email until we could decide on an interview time. They asked about my experiences listed on my resume as well.
