I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medica (Saint Paul, MN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn & had several interviews. Hiring manager commented that they were moving fast with hiring process & would connect in a few days. Company was very enaged throughout however, was ghosted shortly after final interviews. When I followed up a week later based on recruiter’s timeline, was told they had gone with another candidate. At least have the decency to follow up the same way you reached out. Would not consider this company in the future.
