The interview itself was pretty typical and easy. Normal questions, talked to an HR rep and then to a panel of two or three supervisors. They were very nice and easy to talk to. The questions were easy. They talked a lot about benefits which are pretty decent so it made the position seem a lot more tempting. But then again it's a health insurance company, so they darn well should have good benefits. It took FOREVER for the job to start after I accepted, the training class didn't start until about a month later.
