Interview
All HPS are initially hired through contractor and temp agencies. You first have to be hired by them, and then be set up to interview at Medica. At Medica, the interview is with both your direct supervisor and a senior manager in the call center. They explain the job and the call center environment. It's a pretty standard interview for a corporate call center. After the interview, they contact your agency to let you know if you'll be selected for an upcoming training class.
