Medica interview questions

The interview process took 30+ days to schedule three interviews. At one point I provided my availability and blocked time off but never received a confirmation or meeting information for the interview. After my final interview, they said they would make a decision next week. I emailed the recruited a week later to check in and never heard back. I checked in a final time two weeks after my final interview and again never heard back. I personally found these to be a few red flags about the company.

The interview was conducted with two staff that are in a leadership role over the role being interviewed. They were professional but laid back and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were pretty typical for an interview but were phrased in a way that made them seem less intimidating. Overall pleasant interview.
