Ich habe mich auf Online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 1 Monat. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Februar 2018 bei Daimler. After they received my CV a phone interview by HR was conducted for an intial screening if they like your CV. The interview was roughly 30 minutes long.

Direct contact with the hiring engineer. The conversation was really nice. Asked a lot of questions about my motivations and past experiences. Gave me direct feedback at the end of the conversation that he is going to give me the position.

Es gab ein sehr nettes Telefoninterview zum Kennenlernen, wenig fachlicher Austausch. Am nächsten Tag kam bereits eine Rückmeldung. Das Gespräch dauerte ca. 30 Minuten und ging hauptsächlich um die Tätigkeiten und meinen Werdegang.
