They start by using the usual funnel method. Subsequently narrow down to technical and analytical questions. The interviewers are very friendly, (kept a straight face tho) but the technical questions are tricky.

The interview process was quite laid back and the interviewer, who is also the hiring manager, walked me through the daily processes of the department and gave me an in depth understanding of how their department works hand in hand with other departments.
