The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Metromile in Mar 2016
Interview
After getting through the first hr Skype call, the next skype call was with the hiring manager. It went well, and he said he would be moving me to the next round to talk to a senior team member.
I also heard from the hr person that I would be hearing in the next day for scheduling.
They never reached out, and I sent several follow up emails. They never got back to me, and it was a complete waste of time. They could have at least told me they would not be moving forward, after I spent time preparing for interviews on my end and sending thank you notes.

The interview process at Metro was pretty fun. I had a great conversation with almost every one of my interviewers. The coding questions were not too hard either. Basic string manipulation/hashmap/linkedlist kinds of questions. No BST or DP or anything like that.
I interviewed at MM in June '21.
Contacted by the tech recruiter and he scheduled a phone call with me but never showed up. I waited there for 30 mins and sent him an email and never got replied. Very unprofessional!
