Mews Customer Support Representative interview questions

There were 5 stages. The first one was an interview with the Recruiter, then one interview with the Team Lead, and a written task where I had to answer a customer's request. Then I had to record myself for a video interview and the last interview with the Manager.

It would take place in some steps well spread in time. Starting with a quick generic phone call, followed by a more detailed interview with the recruiter. The following interview will be hosted by a manager from the department for more technical insights. A task will be then assigned to perform and show your capabilities. And the last meeting is with another department superior to answer your last enquiries and possible questions before joining the company.
