Straight forward interview process. The interviewer was very friendly and initially made me feel at ease. As soon as we started, I was directly asked for my age, which I found unusual and unnecessary. We followed on with the usual background questions and then with some technical questions. Our approaches were very different and I felt as if I couldn't finish answering some of the questions as they were pushing to go on to the next. It seemed as if there would be opportunities within the company and team to learn on the job, collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders. Finally, it was made very clear that there was an urgency to hire for the role I was interviewing for and that they required someone to start asap. The role was extremely technical and quite different to what I expected, more a CRM Administrator than a Marketing Manager. The interviewer then followed letting me know they'd continue interviewing the following day but I would be contacted with feedback by the end of the week. Unfortunately I never heard back.
