First round with HR manager. Second round with the Team lead. Third round you have to prepare a video for one minute and then discuss it with the Sales Manager.

The process is horizontal, 3 interviews: HR, group leader, head of the department. That is a bad system both for the company and for people applying, it's a waste of time. It takes useful time from group leader and head of the department to do the hire recuiter job instead of their ones. I had to repeat the same exact interview 3 times, there was no comunication inside the company and every time they asked me to tell them what we talked in the previous interview. the only difference was that head of the department and group leader asked me 1 question more relevant to their job/field each. A better solution at this point would be a group interview rather than 1 on 1, that would save 3 hours of talking and 3 weeks of waiting (every time I had to book the next interview right after the previous one) for both company and applicants. At the end I was told I would receive a response after approx a week, complete silence for a month, I had to email the HR to ask for an update, I have been rejected (no clues why) and the HR said she was available for feedback, once I asked for it, silence once again. Also during the booking process of the interviews the HR asked me to book one of them before a certain date and it was impossible to do it using their software, once I asked for clarification I got no answer. I eventually followed the calendar of the booking engine and things worked out anyway. I guess HR people are the most difficult to hire and replace for a company, aren't they?
