The interview process consist in a series of interviews with different members of the company and your future team. First you have an intro call with a member of Talent Acquisition team, then you have an interview with your future manager and get a take home assessment (which shouldn't take a lot of your time), then there is a code review interview and some technical questions and finally, you'll get a final call to receive an offer.

The process was really similar what I was expecting: 1. Interview with an internal recruiter (kudos for that) where we discussed basic HR things and where I was introduced to the company culture values. 2. Initial technical interview where we discussed what I was doing at the time with my previous employer plus a bit of back and forth discussion about different technical topics. 3. Take home coding test. 4. Technical interview so that I could justifiy the approach I had taken to deliver the coding test, they made some questions about what I had done, did some suggestions, etc. After we finished that discussion, they invited our team's PM into the meeting to discuss how they work within the team, etc. 5. As a last step, I received quick and very complete feedback about the technical interview and after some days they made me an offer.

It was a positive interview process. I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. They explained the company mission, the role of the position and asked If I was interested in going forward. Communication was good at all times and I knew what to expect from the process. It was a few rounds consisting of HR, technical interview, a code challenge and final feedback.
