Starightforward interview process. Initial call with HR, secondary call with hiring manager/director of sales, informational call with a team member of the same position to understand culture and position, final interview which was a presentation with a panel from various teams/departments. Very direct and transparent process.

3 Interviews 1st with HR Recruiter 2nd with one of the Sales Directors 3rd with VP and Hiring Director, present a study case The interview process was smooth, everyone was very welcoming and transparent, always making you feel comfortable and giving you clear answers to your questions

Recruiter was very efficient. I applied and received an invitation to book my interview slot within 24h. (Very generous with the available times as well which is great as I was working full time) The first interview was a good first step to understand what Mews is all about and if our personalities would match. Before the end of the interview the recruiter explained who I would be meeting in the steps that followed and their roles etc. Also gave some good tips. Second interview with Management was focused more on the role and how my skills could contribute to the company. I was then invited to a panel presentation set up where I had to implement a Mews product to a hotel of my choice. 20-30 min presentation. 4 managers attended and the presentation was recorded. After this stage I received my offer letter. Super efficient and clear throughout the whole process. Everyone I’ve met and communicated with has been so friendly, positive and willing to help. 2 weeks total from applying to offer letter.
