I applied for a remote position and the interview was remote. The interview process was very fast and smooth. It was just a couple of days between each stage. There were 3 stages in total. The first one is an informal chat with a recruiter. The second one was a chat with developers, it was a 1,5-hour discussion about technical topics, how to resolve certain issues, optimize processes, and what tools to use for certain tasks. I didn't have any test tasks or online coding. The last stage was a call with the whole team. It was a conversation about the processes inside the team, they shared with me more information about the product and asked me some tech questions and how I collaborate with the team. The atmosphere was very friendly :)
