Recruiter contacted me. I had 30min casual HR call first. After that, I got invited to next stage and I was asked for availability hours. After I have responded with different days/time intervals, I got a response that hiring manager asked to move it to next week. After that, next email I got was 20 days after that. They told me the hiring plan has changed and it has been moved for one whole year.
