The interview with Mews was for me a bad experience. I always considered Mews as a company that really cared about people and I expected a more attentive selection process. I only did a first interview. The interviewer arrived 10 minutes late (I completely understand that this happens, I recommend notifying the candidate in advance of the delay). The questions were few and easy to answer. After this, in a friendly manner, the interviewer explained in detail what the position and the selection process would consist of. After about 10 days I received a template-style email informing me that mews is not moving forward with my application. At that moment I sent a cordial email because I was very interested in having feedback to know what skills or knowleges I need to improve for the future. I never got a response to my email. I was ghosted. I would like to recommend the Mews HR department to give a personalized response in case the interviewed candidates request it, in order to improve the consideration of the process. Had a first interview with the People team (Chris), then with Xavier et Gilles, from my department. Had a 3rd call with Chris as global feedback. All went smoothly and in a very professional and courteous manner
