I think where the interview process shines was that is was a well oiled machine, it was easy to book in and suggest times, the interviewers were prepared with questions and would supply questions to the recruiters who would make notes and feed back, freeing up their time but allowing them to make decisions sooner. I had same day updates and got through most the process in a week. I really enjoyed the process, personalities came through and the authenticity of people liking their job and the company.
