Interview
My interview process went somewhat like this:
Recruiter -> Manager for the team hiring -> Take home assignment -> Present findings for aforementioned Manager and the Staff Data Scientist -> Feedback from Manager -> Individual conversations with people from the team -> Final talk with recruiter -> Contract Offered.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and it was easy to talk to the people involved.

Interview
There are four rounds. The first is with the Recruiter, rather high level, very cool conversation, making sure you understand the offer & the process as it is quite different at Mews.
The second round is with the hiring Manager and it is purely about cultural & personal fit. There were no CV / Experience / Knowledge Questions it was just to get to know each other and see if its a match from a personal perspective. I thought that was very unique and cool !
Third round is a data project which was challenging but also really close to the job so a great way to also see from the candidates perspective if this is a match. After having completed the project the candidate presents it to the manager + Team member(s).
The last step are very short calls with each individual team member. Best part of it all - You get a very good feeling who you will be working with.
