I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mews (Barcelona) in May 2024
Interview
Incredibly human and supportive! The process consisted of the intro interview with the recruiter followed by the interview with the direct management and it took only about a few days to set up the next stage. After that, there was a task assignment which was fun to complete (make sure to get creative), and the offer followed in just about 4 days which I gladly accepted

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mews in Jun 2024
Interview
Short initial getting to know each other with the internal recruiter, where I received more information about the role. Then a more formal interview with him for longer, than an hour interview with two Managers from the department the role is in. Then an assessment, which I had about a week to prepare for, and after passing that the final negotiations about contract details.
